Obituary for Phillip Mark Meadows

Phillip Meadows, 58, of Ashland, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 at Community Hospice Care Center. 
He was born September 19, 1957, in Ashland to the late Redford and Anna Robinson Meadows. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Deborah A. Clemons Meadows on September 6, 2015. 
Phillip attended First Church of the Nazarene in Ashland. He was a member of the Kentucky Game and Wildlife Commission and worked as a general manager for Greater Kentucky Corporation. 
Survivors include a son, Michael Meadows and Fiancé Ashley Romans, of Ashland; daughter, Sarah Rose and husband Brandon, of Ashland; brother, Gerald Meadows of Ashland, KY; grandchildren, Whitley Rose, Nicco Romans, and Haven Rose; and a sister in law, Paula Mayo and husband, Marshall Stambaugh of Ashland. 
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel. A private burial will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park.
