She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey Franklin Sr. and Emily Jo Fugeman Rearrick; and her niece Brittany Williams. She is survived by : her siblings, Harvey F. Rearrick Jr. and Cheri Williams; her nephews, Preston and Spencer Rearrick; her niece Rheanne Williams; and special friends, Linda Caines, Uncle Bernie Beverly and John Clark.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, the Ashland First United Methodist Church, or Ashland Community Hospice.

Kathy became my best friend at Crabbe after I moved there for 5th grade. I still have a ring with a piece of coal that she gave me in Jr High. What a sweet soul she always was. This hits hard. We spoke last fall briefly. I wish I had made a point to keep in touch. R.I.P. Kathy. Love you❤️

The obituary itself was taken from the online posting by Miller Funeral Home, here in Ashland. As for who actually wrote it, that task usually falls to a family member of the deceased. I doubt that we will ever know which family member wrote it in this instance.
