I shared Mrs. McKee's Spanish class with Jeff....I think Jeff's Spanish name in class was "Paco" if memory serves me. I remember laughing constantly at his antics. He was just naturally funny and also really kind. Still miss him.

Jeff was a hoot and always so much fun!! He was a true friend and would do anything for you.I will never forget when he fell from that cliff and has stayed with me all my life because he was so young and such a great guy.Miss you Jeff.

Jeff was my very first friend growing up. If you crossed the fence in my backyard you walked straight at his house on Monroe, where Randi(Spradlin)Hogue lives today. He was always pretty much a daredevil as a kid. I remember him walking across the top of my swingset when we were probably eight. He was a real free spirit. He has wonderful parents that I still see from time to time and his brother Jimmy was always a great guy although, much more subdued than Jeff. They were alike in one way that they shared a love for art. I have a bunch of great memories of Jeff playing Army and climbing trees with me in the alley behind my house.
