In our class, Charlie was always one of those guys that seemed to be "on the outside, looking in". He was a really good person that just happened to be small and quiet. I remember him playing football on the parking lot at Coles, and just trying to fit in.
I hate it that he's no longer with us, and I hope he's having a blast, wherever he is. He deserved better than life gave him.
